TARAKAN – Pada hari Selasa, 04 April 2023, sekira pukul 13.00 wita satuan reskrim polres tarakan melaksanakan konfrensi pers terkait pengungkapan tindak pidana pencurian yang terjadi dikota tarakan.
Kegiatan konfrensi pers ini mengacu pada 4 (empat) laporan polisi bernomor

-LP/B/88/II/2023/SPKT/POLRES TARAKAN/POLDA KALTARA. 30 Maret 2023.
Kasat Reskrim Polres tarakan Iptu Muhammad Khomaini,S.T.K.,S.I.K melalui Kanit Pidum Ipda Muhamad Izzadin Abdillah,S.Tr.K menuturkan, adanya laporan dari masyarakat pada maret 2023 lalu, terkait tindak pidana pencurian di beberapa lokasi, Dimana para korban masing-masing melaporkan barang yang dicuri berupa, HP Merk : OPPO A12 Berwarna Biru Tua No. IMEI 1 : 868504052923473 No. IMEI 2 868504052923465 dan HP Merk OPPO A16 Berwarna Perak Angkasa No. IMEI 1 865944056956835 No. IMEI 2 : 855944056956827, HP Merk Xiaomi redmi note 10s berwarna putih dengan nomor IMEI 1:8691040577878986 IMEI 2:869104057878993, dan Merk : realme C11 Berwarna Biru Danau No. IMEI 1 : 864038055277771 No. IMEI 2 864038055277763, mendapat laporan tersebut unit resmob sat Reskrim polres tarakan melakukan penyelidikan.
“Unit Resmob Poles Tarakan melakukan penyelidikan mengenai tindak pidana pencurian yang terjadi di JI. Aki Balak Rt. – Kel. Karang anyar Kec. Tarakan Barat Kota Tarakan kemudian pada Hari Rabu tanggal 29 Mart 2023 jam 15.00 Wita Pers Unit Resmob Poles Tarakan mengamankan 1 (satu) orang laki-laki berinisian “Y” yang menguasai 1 (satu) Unit merk OPPO A12 Berwarna Biru Tua kemudian Saudara “Y” menerangkan bahwa saudara “Y” mendapatkan 1 (satu) Unit merk OPPO A12 Berwarna Biru Tua tersebut dari saudara “BL”. Jelas ipda Izzadin.
Berdasarkan keterangan dari saudara “Y” selanjutnya Pers Unit Resmob Poles Tarakan melakukan penyelidikan terhadap saudara “BL” kemudian pada hari Kamis tanggal 30 Maret 2023 sekitar jam 00.40 wita Pers Unit Resmob Poles Tarakan berhasil mengamankan saudara “BL” di JI. Aki Balak Rt. – Kel. Karang anyar Kec. Tarakan Barat Kota Tarakan.”
Dari hasil pemeriksan terhadap “BL” -pelaku mengakui perbuatannya dalam melakukan pencurian tersebut.” Lanjut kanit pidum.
Selain itu kanit pidum juga menjelaskan modus yang dilakukan oleh tersangka “ BL” saat melakukan aksinya, “Sebelum melakukan aksinya pelaku berpura-pura berteduh di rumah milik korban, pada saat malam hari dan keadaan sedang hujan, kemudian setelah pelaku memastikan korban dalam keadaan tidur pelaku masuk ke dalam rumah korban melalui pintu belakang rumah milk korban dan mengambil handphone milik korban.” Tuturnya
Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya, tsk “BL” di Persangkaan Pasal 363 Ayat (1) Ke 3 KUHPidana.
