TARAKAN – Presiden Joko Widodo bertolak menuju Provinsi Kalimantan Utara dalam rangka kunjungan kerja pada Selasa, 21 Desember 2021, Kepala Negara lepas landas melalui Pangkalan TNI AU Halim Perdanakusuma Jakarta, dengan menggunakan Pesawat Kepresidenan Indonesia-1 sekitar pukul 07.00 WIB.
Setibanya di Pangkalan TNI AU Anang Busra, Kota Tarakan, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara, Presiden Jokowi dan rombongan langsung melanjutkan perjalanan menuju Kabupaten Bulungan dengan menggunakan Helikopter Super Puma TNI AU.
Di Kabupaten Bulungan, Presiden Jokowi diagendakan untuk melakukan groundbreaking Kawasan Industrial Park Indonesia (KIPI).
Setelahnya, Presiden Jokowi dan rombongan akan kembali ke Kota Tarakan untuk menyerahkan sertifikat hak atas tanah bagi masyarakat di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Penyerahan sertifikat akan dipusatkan di Lapangan Tenis Tertutup Telaga Keramat, Kota Tarakan.
Usai penyerahan sertifikat, Presiden Jokowi bersama rombongan akan langsung kembali ke Jakarta melalui Pangkalan TNI AU Anang Busra, Kota Tarakan, dengan menggunakan Pesawat Kepresidenan Indonesia-1.
Turut mendam pingi Presiden dalam penerbangan menuju Provinsi Kalimantan Utara adalah Menteri Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Sofyan Djalil, Menteri Investasi/Kepala BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia, dan Sekretaris Kabinet Pramono Anung.
Selain itu, turut mendampingi pula Kepala Sekretariat Presiden Heru Budi Hartono, Sekretaris Militer Presiden Marsda TNI M. Tonny Harjono, Komandan Paspampres Mayjen TNI Tri Budi Utomo, serta Deputi Bidang Protokol, Pers, dan Media Sekretariat Presiden Bey Machmudin.
