TANJUNG SELOR – Stasiun Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) secara resmi mengudara di Kalimantan Utara. Hal ini ditandai dengan peresmian secara simbolis oleh Gubernur Kaltara Drs H Zainal A Paliwang SH, M.Hum, Senin (25/10/2021).
Selain meresmikan secara langsung, orang nomor satu di Kaltara itu turut memanfaatkan kesempatan menjadi presenter, untuk membacakan berita seputar Provinsi Kaltara, yang mengudara untuk pertama kalinya.
Usai menjadi preseter dan membacakan berita, Gubernur juga menyempatkan diri melihat keberadaan studio mini TVRI, yang terletak di lantai dua Kantor Gubernur, Tanjung Selor, Kabupaten Bulungan.
Gubernur menjelaskan, keberadaan Stasiun TVRI Kaltara ini sangat diperlukan untuk menyebarluaskan informasi terkait kondisi provinsi termuda ini, kepada masyakat luas. Sehingga, ke depannya dapat lebih dikenal dan menjadi perhatian banyak pihak.
“Saya lihat dari 34 provinsi di Indonesia, keberadaan TVRI sudah sangat banyak hampir di 30 provinsi, di Kaltara sangat dibutuhkan agar dapat mengenalkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh Kaltara,” jelas Gubernur.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Gubernur juga turut membeberkan slogan pada logo HUT Kaltara yakni Kaltara Peduli, Kaltara Bersinergi dan Kaltara di Hati. Di mana, maksud dari Kaltara Peduli merupakan bentuk kepedulian pemerintah provinsi terhadap masyarakat yang membutuhkan akibat tertimpa musibah.
“Artinya, Pemprov Kaltara akan selalu ada jika masyarakat membutuhkan, termasuk dalam hal penangan Covid-19,” bebernya.
Sementara itu, lanjut Gubernur, maksud dari slogan Kaltara Bersinergi adalah mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat di Kaltara untuk saling gotong royong membangun dan menggali potensi yang dimiliki provinsi dicintai ini.
“Kalau hanya pemerintah saja tidak akan bisa, jadi mari kita sama-sama membangun Kaltara, sehingga Kaltara semakin maju dan masyarakatnya sejahterah, sedangkan Kaltara di Hati maksudnya Kaltara akan selalu ada dan dicintai masyarakat,” tuntasnya.
